Our chefs are extensively knowledgeable in menu planning and are able to guide you in selecting the perfect menu to prepare for your occasion. Whether it's a corporate theme party, custom buffet or an elaborate sit down dinner, they will prepare a menu that will please the most sophisticated palates.

The spacious lodge offers a large fully equipped commercial kitchen and a dining area with a stone fireplace overlooking Bradley Lake. The Bluewater Lodge and three seasonal cottages sleep forty people. The breathtaking views make this a perfect place to host your special event, celebrate your lifelong union or for memorable family gatherings.
